What to Have Ready
The rider’s needs.
Wheelchair, walker, or the reclining chair, and whether they’re bringing their own chair or need one of ours.
Addresses and times.
Pickup address, destination, appointment time, and whether it’s one way, a round trip, or wait and return.
Who’s coming, and how you’ll pay.
One companion rides free. Private rides are paid by credit or debit card, and facilities are invoiced.

Paying for Your Ride
Every ride is quoted up front by phone. We accept credit and debit cards for private rides, and facility accounts are invoiced. We are a private-pay and facility-pay service and do not bill Medicaid or insurance. Nights, weekends, and holidays carry an after-hours fee, and a cancellation or no-show fee of half the base rate applies.

Hospices, hospitals, and care communities can open an account and book by phone or through our online facility portal.
