Every Rider Is a VIP

VIP stands for valued individual person. We chose those words on purpose. The person getting into our van is someone’s mother, father, or friend, and we treat them with the respect and dignity they deserve, starting with their name. It is the ride we would want for our own family.

Wheelchair

Ride in your own wheelchair, or in one of ours if you ask for it when you book. Your driver brings you into the van, secures the chair before the wheels turn, and stays with you until you’re checked in.

Ambulatory

For riders who walk, with or without a cane or walker. Your driver keeps a hand ready on the steps and matches your pace right to the waiting room.

Stretcher Alternative

For riders who can’t sit in a standard wheelchair for the length of a trip. They ride in a Broda Traversa, a reclining transport chair made for medical transportation. We help them from the bed into the chair, tilt it to where they’re comfortable, and keep them secured and settled for every mile, including trips across county lines.

Why Carolina Premier Mobility

What We Promise

We come from healthcare, and we know what a ride has to do for the person in it. Here is how we make sure it does.

  • On time for the appointment.

A missed ride can mean a missed treatment, and for someone on dialysis or in the middle of chemotherapy that is not a small thing. We plan every pickup with time to spare, so the appointment happens.

  • Booked means booked.

The question behind every booking is whether the van will actually come. It will. We take on only what we can honor, and on the day of the ride you can follow the van on a live tracking link, block by block.

  • No long waits.

Nobody should sit in a lobby for an hour wondering whether their ride forgot them. Your pickup time is built around your appointment, with room for the visit to run long, and your driver can wait through it and bring you straight home.

Questions before you book? Call, and we’ll tell you exactly how the ride would go.

How to Book a Ride

  1. Call or click.

Call 980-860-2085 or click Book a Ride, at least 24 hours before the pickup.

  2. Tell us about the rider.

How they get around, where they’re going and when, and whether someone is coming along. We quote the ride before you confirm anything.

  3. Meet your driver at the door.

They arrive on time, help the rider into the van, and walk them inside. On the way home, they do it all again in reverse.

For Hospices, Hospitals & Care Facilities

Hospice teams, discharge planners, and facility coordinators need a transportation partner who answers the phone and shows up as booked. We serve facility-paid accounts as well as private-pay riders, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
